The Guardianship Certificate Training course is intended to meet the requirements of the Texas Estates Code Section 1054.201 and the Texas Government Code Section 81.114, which provides for attorney instruction on guardianship issues and certification for attorneys who wish to represent an applicant in a guardianship proceeding or who wish to be appointed as a court-appointed attorney in guardianship proceedings.
