The Arc of a Case, presented by SABA’s Federal Courts Committee, offers a big-picture look at the full lifecycle of federal civil litigation. Designed for young lawyers and valuable for seasoned practitioners, this seminar shows how early decisions shape strategic outcomes and elevate your case management approach.

• Event sponsor sales are final and non-refundable.  If you find you are unable to attend and your sponsorship includes event tickets, please note that tickets are transferable and sponsor benefits may be adjusted, pending availability, upon request.
• Event registrations each have posted refund dates.  After this date, no refunds will be processed, but event registration is transferable or may be donated to a student or other suitable attendee.

No refunds will be granted for OnDemand materials once registration on Zoom has been completed.
