Endereza Law, PLLC is a boutique San Antonio-based business law firm representing entrepreneurs and closely held businesses across formation, growth, and transition. We are seeking an attorney with 5–15 years of experience in business transactions and corporate counseling. This is not a litigation role.

The Senior Associate will advise clients on a range of business matters, including transactional counseling, corporate governance, company agreements, buy-sell agreements and restructuring, ownership and succession matters, employment advising, and franchising.  You will work directly with the Managing Partner, who maintains responsibility for firm clients and strategic oversight. The role includes independent management of matters where appropriate, with collaboration on larger or more complex work. This position also includes a leadership component, including mentorship of a junior associate and support of internal workflows and client service processes.

Qualifications:

• 5–15 years of transactional/corporate experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients
• Interest in practicing within a collaborative boutique firm environment

Compensation:
Base salary expected to range from $150,000–$190,000, with bonuses based on performance.
