The San Antonio Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) was established in 1967 to provide San Antonio residents free referrals to private attorneys.  Sylvia Hernandez has managed the LRS for 45 years and will be retiring December 31, 2020.   San Antonio Bar Association (SABA) President, David Evans says, “Sylvia has managed and expanded the LRS to the well-regarded program it is today. We are forever grateful for her dedication and commitment to the Bar.”
