Sarah M. Dingivan, JD, has been named Executive Director of the newly independent Community Justice Foundation (CJF). CJF will continue its strong partnership with the San Antonio Bar Association while leveraging the talents of an independent board composed of leaders in the San Antonio legal community committed to furthering access to justice in San Antonio and surrounding communities.
Sarah, the former Managing Attorney for CJF, rejoins the staff with a wealth of experience about the San Antonio community, CJF’s many community partners, and at-risk populations that would directly benefit from enhanced legal services. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, she moved to San Antonio in 2013 while on Active Duty with the United States Air Force. She served as CJF’s Managing Attorney from April 2017 – May 2019.
“CJF feels extremely fortunate to have persuaded a pro bono legal services visionary like Sarah Dingivan to return to us as our first Executive Director” said Michael Parker, Vice Chairman of the newly independent Community Justice Foundation board of directors. “We look forward to Sarah helping to take us to the next level as a free legal services provider.”
